Gowan Auto, an exclusive importer and distributor in Ireland of the Alfa Romeo, Citroen, DS, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Honda, Jeep, Opel, and Peugeot brands, has completed works on an extensive new parts warehousing facility located in Citywest, Dublin 24, to service its 137-strong Dealer Network. This new fully operational warehouse boasts a 110,000 sq ft high and low bay stackable capacity, the new warehouse will have 23,000 unique locations to stock the many different parts lines from the nine brands.
Storage Systems Limited has been the preferred supplier of Shelving and Racking to Gowan Group for over 30 years and is very proud to fit out this prestigious new facility. This installation comprises of 200 bays of Dexion P90 Pallet Racking in 4m,5m,6m, and 7m heights with beam levels decked with steel mesh panels for storage of automotive car parts.
The pallet racking is complete with column guards to all exposed uprights, end barriers at the end of each row, and anti-collapse mesh screens to all single-sided rows of racking. Dexion LS3 Longspan shelving 4m high with 8 beam levels with steel shelf panels kitted out with Dexion Maxi Bins and Kbins completes this impressive installation.
