This holiday season, we at Storage Systems Limited embraced the spirit of giving in the most delightful way possible – by hosting a Christmas Costume Day to raise funds for Barretstown! From festive jumpers to Santa hats and even some Brilliant creative DIY costumes, the day was filled with joy, laughter, and plenty of holiday cheer.

Barretstown holds a special place in our hearts. As a charity dedicated to providing therapeutic recreation for children and families affected by serious illness, they make a profound difference in people’s lives. Supporting their mission felt like the perfect way to celebrate the season of goodwill.

Our team went all out for the occasion. The office was transformed into a festive wonderland, complete with twinkling lights, decorations, and, of course, plenty of mince pies and Christmas treats to fuel the fun. Everyone embraced the theme with gusto, donning costumes that ranged from classic elves and reindeer to creative interpretations of snowmen and Christmas trees.

To add an extra layer of excitement, we held a friendly costume competition, with prizes for the most creative and festive outfits. The competition was fierce, but ultimately, the winners were everyone who joined in to support this wonderful cause.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our team and supporters, we raised €320, and the company generously tripled it, bringing the total donation to €960. Every euro contributed goes toward providing life-changing programs for children and families who need them most.

We’re so grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make the day a success. It was a heartwarming reminder of what the holiday season is all about – coming together to spread love, joy, and hope.
